A chic interpretation of the traditional arts and crafts cottage. With three bedrooms the Cottage on Beresford is an eclectic mix of traditional styling with a contemporary twist, recently refurbished in time for the upcoming summer season. 

Located in a quiet street yet only five minutes walk to the heart of Russell the cottage is an ideal base for those wanting to launch their boat, walk to Long Beach or discover the treasures that Russell has to offer.

Drive through the electric gates and this wonderfully private oasis is yours to enjoy. Step onto the quaint verandah with privacy blinds and immediately feel at home. 

Well considered has two bathrooms for very different uses. Delightfully indulgent, the original bathroom has been restored to reflect the cottage’s history with a clawfoot bath and of the period bathroom fittings. The spacious second bathroom, also accessible directly from outside contains a large shower room and toilet which is the ideal place to wash off the sand after a day at the beach or on the boat.

The country cottage galley kitchen is fully equipped and includes small luxuries such a Nespresso machine and an electric AGA oven imported from the UK. 

A quirky open plan dining area leads to a modern lounge with French doors opening onto the fully fenced rear pretty cottage garden and bbq area. 

The fully fenced section has room to house a small (up to 16ft) trailer boat and ample room for parking. 

Linens, towels and wifi included in the letting fee.
